The idea here is to partially edit the breast area to make the shading rounder without increasing the size of the breasts.

If you plan to use subdiv modifier with the mesh, remember to activate "Use Custom Normals". Else your edit will not be visible and you might hate yourself afterward. Please be kind to yourselves.

This can use this same method on buttocks, male chest, abs etc.

Even though the breast shading is correct, they don't look nice.
select the breast in edit mode
click Abnormal, and the vertices will be pre-selected
click Sphereize Normal
position the center empty by pressing G and moving your mouse
make sure the position of the center is creating this lower shading
Confirm the change
Now you have a rounder pair of breasts without making them too large
